6. Automated Processing

KAL Scan may use automated tools, optical character recognition, and artificial intelligence to extract, classify, organize, or suggest bookkeeping information from uploaded documents.

Automated results can contain errors and should be reviewed where appropriate before being relied upon for accounting, tax, financial, legal, or business decisions.

7. Not Professional Advice

KAL Scan is a software platform and does not by itself provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, or financial advice. Use of the service does not create a professional-client relationship with KAL Scan or its technology providers.

8. Security Controls

We may inspect, validate, quarantine, reject, remove, or block files when necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or third parties from malware, abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or other security risks.

9. Service Availability
